Your impact at CHANEL:
Talent Acquisition & Early Career Management:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and apprentices, from briefing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of Early Career strategy by identifying high-potential talents and coordinating targeted sourcing initiatives.

Collaborate with HR teams and managers to optimize recruitment tools and processes.
-
Actively support employer branding initiatives through participation in key events and partnerships with target schools.
People Development :
-
Assist in collecting and analysing feedback from office and retail talent regarding their development experience and needs, and career aspirations.
-
Support the design of development paths by researching market trends and best practices in career development.
-
Help coordinate career development programmes and events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants and providers.
-
Assist in gathering and organizing data on internal talent (e.g., skills inventories, performance statistics, etc.) to support succession planning and talent pipeline.

Collaborate on crafting and updating communication pieces about performance, goal-setting, and career opportunities within the House.

Maintain organized records of project documentation and ensure easy access to key resources for the team.
Your Profile :
-
Initial experience in recruitment, training management, and/or internal communication.
-
Demonstrated project management skills.
-
Proficient in video editing software.
-
Strong interest in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.

Advanced Excel skills for KPI monitoring, structuring databases, and data organization.
-
Excellent writing and organizational abilities, with a talent for crafting impactful messages and persuading your audience.

Fluent English is essential (daily exchanges with European markets).

Rigor, follow-up skills, and respect for deadlines.

Curious mindset, proactive attitude, and desire to quickly gain autonomy.
