Job Purpose: To provide excellent & creative visual merchandising directions for product line and designated markets to ensure brand’s high quality, homogenous image and proper merchandising execution across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Ensure proper merchandising execution throughout the region through creating different guidelines for visual layouts, display planogrammes, and campaign design direction.
-
Conceptualize, create and develop innovative displays and events for different campaigns that are consistent with the brand image.
-
Educate and train different countries through continuous communication and providing design solutions on various projects.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication/Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
Work Experience
- At least 8 years working experience in visual merchandising / graphic design / events design environment, preferably with cosmetics or luxury consumer industry.

Able to work independently

Dynamic, creative, self-motivated & well-organized with a strong sense of urgency and deadlines in projects and tasks

Proficient in Sketchup, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Indesign and Microsoft Office software is ideal

Fluent in English

Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking capacity and work under pressure
