CHANEL continuously evolves in its search for perfection. In a demanding and constantly changing context, the Deputy Boutique Manager acts as a strategic partner to the Retail Director.
With a creative and constructive mindset, he/she acts as an engaging and inspiring force in driving the business as a whole, guaranteeing the CHANEL Brand image and ensuring the deployment of the Chanel strategy in the boutique.
Combining courageous leadership, ownership and a strong results orientation and business acumen, the Deputy Boutique Manager develops the individual’s potential, excellence of the customer experience of his/her team and paves the way for success of the boutique on quantitative and qualitative levers.
Your main responsibilities are:
Manage a team of Sales Advisors:

Ensures the teams proper understanding and deployment of the House's strategy.

Effective management of Sales Advisors and Supervisor and ensures efficient collaboration and synergies within his/her team
-
Conveys trust in his/her team members and maximizes the potential of the team by defining development and growth opportunities.

Coaches and mentors his/her team to reach their full potential through prompt feedback and regular performance reviews on results and competencies.

Set and communicate clear expectations for the team by defining both individual and boutique objectives while promoting team ownership and accountability.
Strategic partner to Retail Director

Acting as a strategic leader on key projects and strategy implementation

Acting as key decision maker and significant contributor to projects
-
Taking ownership of key strategic projects
-
Building relationships within the retail community to enrich competitor insight and communicate with Boutique Manager key information
-
Ensures his/her position as exemplary representative of the brand at all times, embodying the image of the brand
-
Prioritizes long term vision over short term gains
-
Uses Chanel Brand Image as a filter in decision making
Driving the business and ensure the ultimate client experience

Ensure excellency in terms of client experience and services, working closely with Retail Director, L&D and After Sales Managers to create and implement effective action plans to enhance our services and remain the Ultimate house of luxury.

Monitor business indicators on WFJ in collaboration with Retail Director and High-End Business Manager and work closely with all Team Members to create and implement effective business action plans to achieve goals on all product categories
