About the role
The mission of the Content Orchestration & VIP Activation role is to strategically manage paid content projects and VIP activations, ensuring impactful brand presence, business engagement, and seamless execution across all platforms. This role is responsible for orchestrating content, activating VIPs, and driving internal and external communications to maximize EMV, reach, and business relevance for Chanel.

Paid Content Leadership: Oversee all paid content projects, demonstrating a keen understanding of the media landscape, emerging trends, and Chanel’s brand posture.

Objective Achievement: Ensure campaign objectives are met, measured by EMV (Earned Media Value) and reach.

Platform Strategy: Activate content across diverse platforms and asset formats, ensuring suitability and maximized impact.
2. VIP Special Activations

Business Engagement: Lead VIP activations that are directly tied to products and business objectives, ensuring genuine engagement and support for commercial goals.

Calendar & Deliverables: Maintain a committed activation calendar and deliverables for all paid content involving VIPs.

Impact Focus: Provide robust EMV benchmarks to evaluate impact (not necessarily increasing endorsement numbers, but enhancing effectiveness).

Reach Maximization: Ensure each activation delivers measurable EMV and reach.
3. Newsletter by Quarter
- Internal Communications: Prepare and distribute quarterly newsletters to strengthen internal team alignment and share key updates.
4. Press Trips Hospitality, Logistics & Content Execution
- End-to-End Management: Coordinate hospitality, logistics, and content execution for press trips, covering major shows and replicas.
5. VIP Media Cooperation Execution
- Cross-Division Collaboration: Execute VIP media cooperations, sharing activations across divisions to ensure integrated coverage and synergy.
6. VIP Paid Shooting Execution
- Paid Content Shoots: Oversee and execute VIP paid shooting projects, ensuring creative alignment, logistical excellence, and maximum impact.

What you will bring

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
-
Proven experience in creative, content, or communications roles within industries such as agency, editorial (magazine/journalism), production, media, or PR.

Strong creative sensibility with a refined eye for aesthetics, and a solid understanding of content creation and production processes. Able to curate and evaluate content quality.

High level of interpersonal and social confidence, with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with VIPs and diverse stakeholders. Experience or exposure in managing talents, VIPs, or collaborations is a plus.

Comfortable operating as an individual contributor, taking ownership of executional excellence while managing multiple projects with autonomy and accountability.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly across multiple teams and functions with a collaborative team player with a growth mindset and open to feedback.

Fluent in Thai with effective working proficiency in English.

Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work non-standard hours when required for activations and events.
