We are looking for an Intranets & Low-code Platforms assistant within the Intranet and No Code Platform (INCP) Service Line of Global Infrastructure Services at CHANEL IT.
This position is in apprenticeship and aims to be propose a stimulating environment to learn and have a concrete impact for Chanel.
These services are used by all Chanel entities worldwide for a large range of purposes, from basic personal productivity to complex technical solutions for business projects.
The service also deals with Agentic AI in the Low code space, and is becoming increasingly visible and critical for the house. Our ability to define and implement secure governance at a global level is key to embracing those new technologies.
What impact you create at Chanel
- Contribute to projects that deploy web and collaborative solutions, from understanding needs to designing and building the most relevant solution.
- Coordinate stakeholders across IT teams, regions/divisions, and external partners to ensure delivery, security and alignment with standards.
- Support adoption by assisting IT and business teams (guidance, documentation, communications, and change support).
- Animate the No-Code/Low-Code & Agentic AI community: publish articles (tips & tricks, service updates, success stories), contribute to gamification, and answer makers’ questions.
- Organize trainings and events for employees, and act as a go-to person to help citizen developers build or improve simple apps and automations.
- Help promote and continuously improve the intranet and no-code/low-code service offering by maintaining presentation materials and updating the solutions portfolio throughout its life cycle.

- Collaborating with diverse stakeholders in an international environment (regions, divisions, IT partners, vendors).
What you will bring
- Education in computing/engineering (or equivalent) with a strong interest in digital workplace, intranets and collaborative web solutions.
- English fluent (written and spoken) in an international context.
- Curious, open-minded and rigorous; comfortable learning by testing and iterating.
- Strong communication and pedagogical skills; calm, user-friendly mindset when supporting makers and end-users.
- Good team spirit and agility; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Interest in app and website development using low-code tools; familiarity (or willingness to learn) Share Point, Lum Apps, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and Office 365.
