ローカルイベントやインターナショナルイベントにおいて、世界各国、日本全国からのVIP顧客をお迎えし、クオリティの高いホスピタリティを提供することがミッションです。

イベント運営のサポートを通じて、ゲストが最高の体験を得られるよう、車両手配、宿泊施設の調整、レストランの予約、ヘアメイクの手配など、多岐にわたる業務に付随するサポートを行っていただきます。

また、マーケテイング部に関わる市場調査のサポート、マーケテイング部のアシスタント業務も行っていただきます。

主な業務内容：

VIPゲストのニーズを理解し、細かいリクエストに対応

車両手配や宿泊、レストラン予約などのコーディネート業務のヘルプ

海外ゲスト対応（英語などの語学力がある方歓迎）

イベント当日のサポート業務

イベントに関するその他運営業務全般

Mission:

Our mission is to provide high-quality hospitality to VIP clients from around the world and across Japan during the international event and local event. Through event support, you will assist in a wide range of tasks, including arranging transportation, coordinating accommodations, making restaurant reservations, and organizing hair and makeup services to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

・Understand and respond to the specific needs of VIP guests

・Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and restaurant bookings

・Assist with international guest services (language skills such as English are highly welcomed)

・Support during the days of the event

・Handle other event-related operational tasks as needed

・Market reserch support

・Assist with tasks related to the marketing team

応募条件/資格：

**・**現在、学士号または修士号の学位課程に在籍中の方

・日本国籍以外の場合、就労可能なVISAを保有している方

・イベント運営やホスピタリティに興味がある方

・柔軟で迅速な対応ができる方

・チームワークを大切にしながら働ける方

・英語などの外国語スキルがある方は尚可

・コミュニケーション能力が高く,細やかな対応が得意な方

Requirements:

・Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program・Holding an appropriate Working Visa in case of non-Japanese nationality

・Candidates with an interest in event management and hospitality

・Ability to respond quickly and adapt to changing situations

・Team players who value collaboration

・Proficiency in foreign languages such as English is a plus

・Strong communication skills with attention to detail
