About the role

As a key member of the Fashion team in Hong Kong and Macau, you are responsible for the design, planning, and execution of CHANEL client Fashion events and activities. You play a pivotal role in translating the Maison’s global vision into locally resonant, high‑impact experiences that elevate CHANEL’s leadership in fashion, luxury, and client engagement.

Working in close partnership with global, regional, and local stakeholders, you will lead end‑to‑end event strategy and execution - ensuring each experience reflects the highest standards of excellence, creativity, and precision, while reinforcing CHANEL’s distinct identity and commitment to exceptional client journeys.

What Impact You Can Create at Chanel:

You will shape and activate a compelling client event strategy that strengthens CHANEL’s fashion authority and deepens emotional connections with top clients across Hong Kong and Macau.

Through the curation of a differentiated and dynamic calendar of events - both in‑boutique and at external venues - you will deliver immersive experiences that embody the Maison’s values and enhance client desirability. By defining clear objectives and KPIs, managing budgets with rigor, and analyzing post‑event insights, you will ensure measurable impact, continuous improvement, and optimal return on investment.

Your leadership and market insight will help keep CHANEL at the forefront of luxury client engagement, setting new benchmarks for sophistication, relevance, and innovation in a highly competitive landscape.

You Are Energized By

  • Creating bespoke, high‑touch experiences that exceed the expectations of the most discerning luxury clientele

  • Translating brand strategy into memorable, flawlessly executed events with strong storytelling and emotional resonance

  • Working collaboratively across fashion, communication, client strategy, retail, VM, merchandising, and corporate functions to orchestrate holistic client journeys

  • Partnering with agencies, vendors, and landlords to deliver innovative and immersive experiences

  • Navigating the fast pace of luxury retail while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

  • Staying attuned to market trends, competitor activity, and emerging best practices in luxury events

What you will bring:

  • A university degree or above, ideally in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing and event management, preferably within the premium, fashion, or luxury sector
  • A proven track record in delivering sophisticated, high‑end client events and operational marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management capabilities, including budget ownership, timeline control, and ROI analysis
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - dynamic, polished, and able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and VIP clients
  • A deep understanding of luxury client expectations, retail excellence, and brand stewardship
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on executional excellence and strong attention to detail

At Chanel, we are focused on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth, contributing to collective progress. We believe the uniqueness of each individual increases the diversity, complementarity and effectiveness of our teams. We strongly encourage your application, as we value the perspective, experience and potential you could bring to Chanel.
