Domestic Transportation

• Closely monitor domestic transportation to ensure smooth delivery day-to-day across national wide, special tracking for seasonal products, new campaign, hot items to ensure a successful launch.
• Monitor the performance of vendors to maintain service level. Timely set up meetings with vendors to review the performance.
• Play a key role in handling complaints/service failures. Drive for the vendor action plan and monitor the implementation.
• Lead transportation vendor selections with different stakeholders, including sourcing, tendering, contracting & negotiation based on different business / products natures. Be responsible for transportation network fine-tune after selection. Maintain vendor pool
• Support line manager to continually upgrade transportation mode to build an agile and resilience network.
• Be responsible for PRO and payment in Coupa, POD verification and filing.
• Prepare transportation KPI report and monitor overall performance.
• Build and review SOP and monitor the implementation.
• Initiate budget and monitor budget accuracy vs. actual spending
• Act as an independently enabler to support business requirement, drive for improvements and solutions, such as new POS opening support, new mode design.
• Project management and execution.

Insurance

• Be responsible for the insurance declaration of new locations, events, in the insurance system.
• Follow up the insurance certificate update after Policy renew, communicate with insurance broker for new requirements from business user.
• Handling of insurance claim cases for the best interest of Chanel.

Academic / Professional Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above

• Work Experience • Above 8 years’ experience in Logistics industry
• Experience of vendor management
• Experience in project management is preferred
