This position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Work model: Onsite

• Deeply understand project requirements, technical specifications and timelines.

• Collaborate with the project team, Engineering, Production, SCM etc.

• End-to-End Lifecycle Management

• Ensure the OTD (on-time delivery), in-full, and compliant delivery of project-critical materials/equipment/services directly impact project timeline and costs.

• Perform supplier risk assessments and management (quality, delivery, capability and financial etc.) and feedback to internal related functions.

• Contract Management: Understand and enforce procurement contract terms ensure contract execution during PO execution process

• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate data for purchase orders, supplier information, delivery performance, etc. Provide regular reports on procurement status, costs, risks, and supplier performance.

• Process Optimization: Participate in or/and project improvement procurement processes and order tacking methodologies to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications for the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably international trade / Business management / electrical equipment or automation technology and related majors
• 5+ Years of Work Experience is acceptable, preferably with project procurement fulfillment experience or/and complex order/key material tracking & management experience in background of the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with common ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP), especially procurement and inventory
• modules.
• Business level in verbal and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
