About the Role: As a CBRE Project Lead, you be responsible for leading the project management team. This includes but not limited to project execution, managing vendors, preparing project schedules/timelines and budgeting. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project operations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee planning and execution of facility improvement and minor works projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects align with client’s standards and timelines
• Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with safety and safeguarding protocols
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports for leadership review
• Monitor quality of work, resolve issues promptly, and ensure minimal disruption to school operations
• Support sustainability objectives by integrating eco-friendly practices into project delivery

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
