We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations Team Assistant to join our high-performing team on the Charter Hall account. This permanent role offers the perfect blend of meaningful responsibility and long-term stability. You’ll support our leadership and wider FM team by coordinating documentation, reporting, expenses and day-to-day operational administration across a national portfolio. This role suits someone organised, proactive and looking to continue growing their skills within a supportive property environment.
The Opportunity- Provide full administrative support to the State Lead and broader Charter Hall team - Coordinate reporting, documentation and portfolio data for Charter Hall assets
- Support the FM Team with financial administration including invoicing, expense claims and purchase orders
- Manage onboarding staff, training records, scheduling and team coordination across ACT
- Maintain essential supplies and support day-to-day operational readiness of multiple office locations
- Build trusted relationships with internal teams, contractors and the client
- Be the “Facilio Champion” for the team, support the team on a new system and be first point of contact for queries for users including the FM team and vendors
About You- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Administration or coordination experience within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer-service capability with all stakeholder levels
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data entry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Proactive, dependable and confident working with minimal supervision
