Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.

  • Accurately capture and maintain customer demand in the system; manage order entry and updates with attention to detail.

  • Support on-time delivery by proactively identifying and resolving supply gaps.

  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Contribute to revenue growth through active involvement in demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and operational process improvements.

  • Serve as a dependable and solutions-focused partner to both customers and the sales team.

  • Participate in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations from a customer account management perspective.

  • Provide data-driven analysis to empower the sales team with actionable insights that support revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills and experiences:

  • At least 2 years of working experience, regardless of industry

  • Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N1 or equivalent

  • English language proficiency: TOEIC 860 or equivalent
