Position: OSP LEAD TECHNICIAN
About the Role: This role primarily involves the installation and decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure within a Data Center environment. A key aspect is the continuous pursuit of sustainable, repeatable, and improved solutions and processes.

The individual is expected to provide leadership to crews and provide structured feedback on project progress to various stakeholders, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining Data Center cleanliness, and adhering to all production, safety, and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices.

The role also requires collaboration with stakeholders to resolve project obstacles and the ability to read and comprehend blueprints and building documentation. A broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies is essential.

What You will Do:

• Must be willing to travel for extended periods of time depending on project location.
• Be able to work outside in different types of weather conditions. (Cold, Snow, Rain and heat).

Experience: in the installation of Maxcell, Microproduct, innerduct and fiber optic cable in a Data Center environment.

Experience: in fiber splicing and testing.

• Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement.
• Provide structured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders.
• Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness.
• Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Reading and comprehending blueprints, building documentation/redline work and cable schedules.
• Broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
