About the Role

As an HVAC Facilities Engineer with CBRE, you will support a pharmaceutical client by maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing commercial HVAC systems and related mechanical and electrical components. This role includes proactive performance testing, scheduled preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. The position requires hands‑on experience with multi‑split systems, chilled water systems, steam distribution, and heating and hot water equipment.
This position is a Monday–Friday day shift role, requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high quality service.

• What You’ll Do
• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
