At CBRE, our Tenant Representation team supports our clients to optimise their real estate strategies and secure favourable lease terms for their industrial and logistics needs. We provide comprehensive services, blending market expertise with data-driven analysis and proactive client engagement.
The Opportunity: - Prepare high quality submissions, reports, and client presentations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Review commercial leases and perform detailed cashflow analysis, financial modelling, and reporting.
- Complete and interpret cashflow analyses for complex lease structures.
- Drive, maintain, and improve CBRE databases with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Support efficient team operations by meeting agreed team, client, and process objectives.
- Maintain up to date and accurate information in CRM and other internal databases.
- Demonstrate a proactive business development mindset by independently identifying and nurturing new leads.
- Engage prospective clients through phone, email, social media, and other communication channels as part of consistent daily outreach.
- Support the execution of digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and client lifecycle engagement.
- Produce high quality content including pitches, blogs, infographics, lead magnets, social media posts, and promotional materials.
About you: - Tertiary qualification in Property or Economics preferred.
- 1–3 years’ experience in commercial or industrial property (preferred but not essential).
- Strong Excel and modelling skills, analytical, methodical, and organised mindset.
- Excellent written, graphical and face to face presentation skills.
- Career minded, client focused and committed to delivery.
