About the Role:

As a CBRE HVAC Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing mechanical and electrical components of commercial HVAC systems for a retail client. Your work will include proactive performance testing, scheduled preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs to ensure reliable facility operations.
This position is a Monday–Friday 2nd shift role, with a Saturday and on call rotation, requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple sites while delivering high quality service.

• What You’ll Do
• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
