To provide support to the QLD Office Leasing team, to ensure business activities are managed in the most effective and efficient manner.

About the role- Manage stocklist and data through various platforms including CBRE’s Deal Tracker, Salesforce, Market IQ, vacancy schedule

  • Assist in organisation of contractors (signage, flyers etc.)
  • Maintain internet listings
  • Preparing and coordinating marketing procedures with sales and leasing agents
  • Written submission support
  • Market RFI responses and management
  • Prepare cashflow analysis of sale or lease proposals
  • Preparing, designing, and editing information memorandums and submissions within Power

Point and In Design:

  • Manage and maintain up-to-date client contact database and enquiries on properties on various CBRE specific programs
  • Lodging trust deposits and releases

About you:- Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities

  • Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.

  • Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
