As IP Network Commercial Management Tendering Specialist at Nokia, you will leverage your expertise in IP networking to support pre-sales activities by analyzing complex customer needs and creating optimized technical solutions. Collaborating closely with sales and business development teams, you’ll respond to RFPs, develop Bill of Materials, and maintain comprehensive documentation. You will also assess competitive products and prepare compelling proposals that highlight Nokia's strengths, all while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality offers. This role demands strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently under pressure, and effective communication to foster relationships across diverse teams and regions.

Must-Have:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IP networking for service providers or large enterprise networks
  • Strong knowledge of IP routing technologies like OSPF/ISIS/BGP in large-scale IP networks
  • Experience with MPLS and IP services such as IP VPNs, L2VPNs, and Segment routing
  • Ability to work independently and deliver quality output under stringent timelines
  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships across countries

Nice-To-Have:

  • Prior experience of working on Nokia IP Products and Solutions

  • Nokia's IP Certifications like NRSI, NRSII, and SRA

  • Familiarity with Network Management protocols and Datacenter solutions

  • Experience in high-value complex deals, tenders, bids, and proposals

  • Self-motivated and proactive working attitude

  • Provide technical expertise during the presales phase to promote Nokia IP products and solutions.

  • Participate in RFP responses, build Bills of Materials, and prepare Technical Solution Description documents.

  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Sales to support pre-sales opportunities.

  • Respond to customer technical specifications for IP and Network Management, leveraging previous examples.

  • Maintain a knowledge database of compliance and solution documents, updating it regularly.

  • Analyze strengths and weaknesses of Nokia’s and competitors’ IP products to share insights with the team.

  • Prepare competitive Golden RfX documents to influence upcoming tenders positively.

  • Provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel, fostering knowledge transfer within the team.
