JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for leading and executing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income and long-term value of the company’s real estate portfolio. This role oversees tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, renewals and tenant relationship management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and tenant opportunities.

Recommend rental rates, lease terms and incentive packages aligned with approved strategies.

Manage end-to-end lease negotiations, from prospecting to contract signing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

Oversee lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and terminations.

Network with brokers, agents, and corporate tenants to generate leads.

Identify opportunities to secure new tenants.

Monitor leasing performance against budget and KPI.

Collaborate with finance and asset management on rent collection.

Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise leasing officers, provide training and manage performance.

Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture within the leasing team.

Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff.

Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies.

Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
