We’re looking for a Technical Release Manager to join our Automation Group.In this role, you will own and lead the bi-weekly release approval process for a core product component, including large-scale, cross-team end-to-end (E2E) testing cycles. This role combines hands-on operational ownership with proactive, system-level thinking, focused on improving release stability, quality, and reliability over time.
Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of E2E release testing cycles
-
Monitor, analyze, and drive the resolution of test failures
-
Work closely with Development, Automation, and Ops teams
-
Identify recurring issues and lead long-term stabilization efforts
-
Improve tools, processes, and standards related to release quality
-
Build and maintain visibility through clear status updates, trends, and KPIs
-
Serve as the technical focal point for pre-production stability and release quality
Requirements:
-
Strong technical background (QA, Automation, Software, Systems, or Support Engineering)
-
Hands-on experience with E2E testing in complex systems
-
Ability to perform basic debugging and root cause analysis
-
Experience in SaaS / Cloud environments — required
-
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
-
Strong communication skills and an ownership-driven mindset
Strong Advantage:
-
Experience in Technical Support, Escalation Management, Production Operations, or Incident Management
-
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
