We’re looking for a Technical Release Manager to join our Automation Group.In this role, you will own and lead the bi-weekly release approval process for a core product component, including large-scale, cross-team end-to-end (E2E) testing cycles. This role combines hands-on operational ownership with proactive, system-level thinking, focused on improving release stability, quality, and reliability over time.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of E2E release testing cycles

• Monitor, analyze, and drive the resolution of test failures

• Work closely with Development, Automation, and Ops teams

• Identify recurring issues and lead long-term stabilization efforts

• Improve tools, processes, and standards related to release quality

• Build and maintain visibility through clear status updates, trends, and KPIs

• Serve as the technical focal point for pre-production stability and release quality

Requirements:

• Strong technical background (QA, Automation, Software, Systems, or Support Engineering)

• Hands-on experience with E2E testing in complex systems

• Ability to perform basic debugging and root cause analysis

• Experience in SaaS / Cloud environments — required

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

• Strong communication skills and an ownership-driven mindset

Strong Advantage:

• Experience in Technical Support, Escalation Management, Production Operations, or Incident Management

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
