Manager Procurement (m/f/d)

What will be your task at this position?

• Lead, develop and manage the growing procurement department for power generation solutions equipment

• Define and execute the procurement strategy for Balance of Plant (BoP) content

• Own the Procurement Execution Plan and the contracting strategy for BoP scope

• Manage timely and quality supply, govern commercial risks and claims, and manage end-to-end logistics.

What do we expect from a suitable candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in project procurement and enthusiasm for working in international, cross functional projects
• Strong business mindset with a clear customer and value creation focus
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Fluency in English
