About the role

As a Manager, Procurement, you will lead procurement and material management activities to ensure manufacturing continuity and timely material availability for production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency by managing supplier performance, inventory strategies, and procurement execution while leading a high-performing team focused on delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Manager, Procurement

, you’ll be responsible for: - Ensure timely material availability to support production requirements withinMTO & ETO manufacturing environments

  • Lead procurement operations, including purchase order execution, supplier follow-up, and material coverage to support manufacturing continuity

  • Develop and implement procurement and inventory control strategies to optimize supplier performance, inventory turns, and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with planning teams to align demand forecasts, production schedules, and procurement strategies

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Materials, or Purchasing within manufacturing environments

  • Experience managing supplier performance, inventory control, and procurement operations

  • Experience leading teams and driving operational performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Advanced English communication skills

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience in MTO and ETO manufacturing environments

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Benefits
