We’re Hiring: Solution Manager – Telematics (Scandinavia)

Locations: Denmark (Padborg), Norway (Oslo), or Sweden (Helsingborg) - hybrid

We’re looking for a Solution Manager – Telematics to take E2E ownership of our 2 key telematics products: Link-It-All and Lynx, across Scandinavia.

This role combines commercial accountability, customer success, technical expertise and cross-functional coordination.

What you’ll do: Solution Ownership & P&L

• Own the commercial performance (P&L) and Service Levels of our Telematics solutions

• Coordinate the Scandinavian Telematics Team (3 colleagues) Commercial Support (approx. 20%)

• Support Sales Teams by presenting solutions to customers

• Contribute to go-to-market Carrier activities, events and trade shows

• Provide quotes for telematics solutions Telematics Expert (approx. 80%)

• Act as the regional expert for Link-It-All (Back End) and Lynx/Link-It-All (Front End)

• Deliver technical support, customer training and ensure Sales, Service teams, partners and customers are well-trained

• Collaborate with HQ product teams and international Solution Managers on improvements and new developments

What you bring:

• A few years in solution/product management, sales engineering, customer success, or technical service roles in a matrix organization

• Relevant technical education (preferably a degree) and/or technical/business education (for example: business engineer)

• Ability to bridge product, tech, business and customer needs

• Fluent in English + Danish or Norwegian

• Valid driving license

Nice to have

• Experience with telematics or hardware + software + cloud solutions

• Strong stakeholder management and multitasking skills, shifting between operational tasks and strategic projects

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to own tasks end-to-end
