  • Assessing risks of key business processes and supporting the development of audit plans and detailed audit programs

  • Creating process maps of significant financial, business, and operational processes to identify internal control gaps and opportunities for improvement

  • Preparing clear, concise, and impactful audit reports

  • Presenting audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations to management

  • Participating in special projects related to internal audit quality and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Performing Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) reviews and coordinating with external auditors

Requirements

We are looking for people who are proactive, analytical, and results‑driven, with a strong interest in understanding business operations and managing risk. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline

  • 3+ Experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) and/or internal audit, preferably with exposure to a manufacturing environment

  • Strong knowledge of internal controls and U.S. GAAP accounting standards

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and deliver results on time

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and project management skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including proven presentation skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work across diverse functions and levels

  • Valid visa

  • Willingness to travel within the Americas region (approximately 25% of work time)

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or similar

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Prior experience performing SOX testing and working with external auditors
