Accounting & Finance （経理／将来のマネジャー候補）職務内容

以下の経理業務を中心に担当いただきます。

• 各種アカウンティング業務の照合・チェック
• 月次／四半期／年度決算業務のサポート
• 経理レポーティング（社内・グループ向け）
• 税務に関する基礎的な対応・知識の活用

応募要件

• 経理実務経験：5年以上
• 日本基準会計（JGAAP）を基盤とした経理実務経験
• 外資系企業での財務・経理経験があれば尚可
• 日本基準・米国会計基準（US GAAP）双方の知識・経験があれば尚歓迎
• 英語力：
• 読み書き必須（資料・システムが英語のため、調べながら対応できれば可）
• 会話力は尚可
• 上上司はアメリカ人となります

Position Title Accounting & Finance (Future Manager Candidate)Job Description

Under on-the-job training (OJT) provided by senior members, you will be responsible for core accounting functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accounting reconciliation and verification
• Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Preparation of accounting and financial reports
• Handling tax-related matters and applying tax knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Solid hands-on experience based on Japanese GAAP
• Experience in finance or accounting at a multinational company is highly preferred
• Knowledge of both Japanese GAAP and US GAAP is a strong plus
• Japanese language skill needs to be business level and above
• English language: Reading and writing required (documents and systems are in English; use of reference materials is acceptable)
• Speaking ability is a plus
• Senior management includes U.S. nationals
