Are you ready to shape the way thousands of travel agencies connect with our brand and bring Costa’s products, experiences, and values to life across international markets?

Join us in Genoa as a Trade Marketing Specialist, where you will coordinate cross‑market editorial communication, elevate our B2B content strategy, and support the evolution of how we engage, inform, and inspire our travel agent community worldwide.

Live your ambition. Lead with impact

You will play a key role in strengthening Costa’s relationship with travel agencies, ensuring that our communication is consistent, effective, and aligned with brand values. You will understand the needs of each market, orchestrate content planning and adaptation, and support the creation of engaging editorial materials that help agents sell better, stay informed, and feel part of our community. This role requires sharp thinking, fast decision‑making, and the ability to adapt your approach and communication style to a constantly evolving commercial environment.

Trade Communication & Cross‑Market Content Strategy

You will coordinate editorial content for the Costa Extra B2B portal across all international markets, ensuring that every message is accurately adapted, aligned, and timed. You will contribute to the development of multimedia content that supports new product launches, promotions, sustainability initiatives, and retail activities, including B2B and B2BtoC video materials. Gathering local needs quickly and translating them into actionable, clear briefs for our external content provider will be essential, ensuring flawless execution while not directly producing content yourself. Your proactive mindset and ability to connect dots rapidly will make you the reference point for editorial clarity and cross‑market alignment.

Editorial Planning, Events & Market Engagement

You will ensure the correct planning of cross‑market content, re‑adapting the editorial agenda based on vertical market needs, commercial priorities, and shifting timelines. You will support the organization of trade events and activities, including Costa’s Global Summit, assisting with operational tasks and guaranteeing consistent, high‑quality editorial output. You will contribute to retail‑focused initiatives, direct communication to agencies through Whats App and DEM, and the creation of POP materials that reinforce visibility and engagement at point of sale. This role requires flexibility, speed, and the ability to move seamlessly across different activities with a solution‑oriented and hands‑on approach.

Platform Management, Performance Insights & Collaboration

You will collaborate on the evolution of the Costa Extra portal, supporting technological enhancements and user‑experience improvements. You will analyze content performance (views, click‑through rates, sentiment) and create dashboards to measure agent engagement, helping markets and stakeholders make informed decisions. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and PR teams, adapting your style, pace, and communication to each counterpart to ensure that trade communication is aligned, impactful, and globally consistent.
