You might be the one we are looking for if…

• You recently finished a University Degree in Economy,Management engineering, Communication, Master’s in Food and Gastronomy (last year or recent completion)

• You have strong communication and analytical skills

• You are proactive and autonomous, willing to learn and passionate about marketing, customer marketing and sales

• You are fluent in both English and Italian We are looking for young talent to join our company in different positions. If you are passionate about Marketing, Customer Marketing or/and Perfect Store, don’t miss the opportunity to be part of Mondelēz International, based in Milan.

• Place of work: Milan, Italy

• Beginning: September 2026 (may differ depending on the position)

• Duration: 6 months

• Compensation: 1000€ gross / month (up to 1200€ in case of relocation/ commuting with more than 100km)

• Advantages:

Work from home policy – 2 days of remote working per week + 2 extra days per month
Working hours – 40h/week

Our application process:

• It’s a generic recruitment process – you will apply to join Mondelēz and you will be guided to the most suitable position based on your skills

• Application– you will complete a simple online application, submit your CV in English

• Screening- if you meet the basic requirements, we’ll invite you to complete an online assessment, in one week from your application date (you have 5 working days to complete the assessment); make sure you check both the inbox and spam folders)

• 1st Interview - you will meet one of our Talent Acquisition Specialist to discuss more about your motivation and experience, and to get more insights on the recruitment process and next steps :)

• Assessment day - we’ll invite you to Milan offices to take part in an assessment day. You will meet our colleagues who will give you a picture of what a #sweetcareer at Mondelēz looks like.

• Final interview– we’ll invite you for an interview with the hiring manager.
