Jobs
At Princess Cruises, we create elevated journeys shaped by human connection, engaging your guests, senses and deepening their wonder for the world. As part of our increasing ambitions and stepping into the future with purpose, we’re excited to introduce a new opportunity for an E‑Commerce Executive.
This role plays a key part in driving the commercial performance of our website across the UK and EMEA, with a focus on optimisation, conversion, and revenue growth in a fast‑paced trading environment.
The breadth of the role sets it apart—combining website optimisation, performance analysis, and affiliate activity to directly shape online trading, while offering exposure to international e‑commerce teams and multiple digital touchpoints.
This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded e‑commerce or digital professional who thrives on using data and insight to deliver measurable results.
Role Overview
- Drive website performance by monitoring acquisition, conversion, and user behaviour to improve commercial outcomes.
- Deliver and optimise web campaigns, landing pages, and promotions aligned to trading priorities and revenue targets.
- Use performance reporting and insight to recommend changes that improve conversion, engagement, and return on investment.
- Support affiliate activity to maximise distribution, optimise promotional performance, and drive incremental revenue.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK10, offered as a full-time, permanent position. We offer hybrid work, with a minimum of three days per week in our Southampton office.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience planning, building, and deploying website campaigns, with a strong focus on performance, optimisation, and commercial delivery.
- Proven ability to interpret web analytics and performance data to inform decisions and drive measurable improvements.
- Experience supporting trading led web campaigns, promotions, or landing pages aligned to commercial objectives.
- Commercial awareness, ideally with exposure to affiliate, promotional, or performance driven digital channels.
About You: The Ideal Candidate
- Commercially minded, with a clear focus on results, performance improvement, and revenue impact.
- Analytical and confident using data to challenge performance, identify opportunities, and recommend change.
- Proactive and driven, with the ability to spot optimisation opportunities and take ownership of outcomes.
- Collaborative and influential, able to work effectively with multiple local & global stakeholders to deliver trading priorities.
