This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build a critical new function from the ground up and shape the future of our medical commercial strategy. We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and entrepreneurial leader for the newly created role of Manager, Presource Performance Plus™.
You will be at the helm of expanding a pivotal component of our go-to-market strategy by extending our highly successful Performance Plus™ program in medical distribution directly into our Presource kitting business. This strategic integration is an untapped lever, designed to optimize our kitting portfolio, deepen our supplier partnerships, and deliver unparalleled, cost-effective value to our healthcare customers.
In this highly visible role, you will hold both upstream and downstream ownership of our commercial rollout. Develop and lead our supplier partnership strategy, managing key relationships with industry leaders, and forging new alliances to expand our portfolio and funding base.

-
Create and implement sales enablement tools, data packages, and resources to empower our Kitting and ASC sales teams to drive opportunity prioritization.
-
Partner closely with sales leadership to advise on incentive compensation structures, develop the sales pipeline, and execute on growth targets.
-
Lead RFP-driven category identification and "hard flip" commodity conversions to expand our market position.
-
Collaborate with the Pack Manager and other internal teams to shape and develop an external-facing platform that strengthens our customer value proposition.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, product management, or related roles, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or kitting environments.
-
Proven success managing strategic supplier or client partnerships, including negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
-
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.
-
Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy development and program funding management.
-
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, opportunities, and risks.
-
Data-driven decision maker skilled in synthesizing insights to build compelling business cases and supplier performance reviews.
-

-
Ability to travel up to 25%.
-
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
-
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
