Process Manager, Principal Associate (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Senior Process Manager with a strong analytical experience and background in the banking industry. This role will be pivotal in improving ATM availability metrics, uncovering operational efficiencies, and driving data-informed strategies to enhance customer experience and service reliability.

General Responsibilities:

• Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.

Execution: Proactively explore new data-driven opportunities to improve ATM services and inform broader banking operations strategies.

Partnership: Work closely with operations, product, and technology teams to develop actionable recommendations that enhance ATM capabilities. Maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure teams are in sync with future direction.

Strategy: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative approach.

Communication: Translate large, complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership using visualizations and concise presentations.

Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, Risk Management, or Control Testing

• At least 3 years of experience working in the Financial Industry

• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, Risk Management, or Control Testing

• At least 3 years of experience working with Tableau dashboards or other data visualization tools

• At least 1 year of experience working with ATM operations

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Mc Lean, VA: $108,900 - $124,300 for Principal Process Manager

Richmond, VA: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Process Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
