We have an exceptional opportunity for a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) Talent and Tradecraft Advisor (TTA). In this role, you will be part of a passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting full spectrum cyber and intelligence missions and providing thought leadership to shape mission outcomes.
The TDNA TTA will be one of the two Lead TDNAs focused on helping grow CACI’s cyber and intelligence knowledge, skills, and abilities and the Next Generation Analyst portfolio. The TDNA TTA will lead efforts anchored to the technical health of the program’s analytic cadre and focused on developing new analytic methodologies and tradecraft.
Must Haves:
Clearance: Active TS SCI with polygraph is required to start.
Education: Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and/or Political Science), Computer Science, or Engineering are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Information Technology or Information Systems degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain the amount and type of coursework equivalent to a CS major.
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience performing as a technical and people leader or project manager within the areas of intelligence analysis or information systems design, development, and/or analysis. Experience distilling, documenting, contextualizing and communicating analytic methodologies and tradecraft. Understanding with using diverse data sets to generate Intelligence insights and leads focused on communications, network usage, and digital footprints. Understanding of IC missions and needs as well as regional cultures, behaviors, and communications technologies. Ability to translate technically complex problems for a broad audience across multiple roles and levels. Deep understanding of the analytic cycle—from forming a hypothesis to critically assessing and choosing analysis techniques to following the data in order to attain insights, solve problems, and document outcomes.
- Experience writing white papers and developing presentations.
- Experience in either DoD or IC organizations conducting cyber and/or intelligence operations.
- Ability to apply advanced cybersecurity and communication technology principles, theories, and concepts contributing to the development of innovative discovery principles and ideas.
- Experience working on unusually complicated problems and providing solutions that are highly creative and resourceful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to business, management, and technical teams.
- Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team to develop and implement strategic change.
- Ability to understand strategic goals and develop implementation roadmaps with defined actions and delivery timelines.
- Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle
- Knowledge of and connections with the Industry Base supporting diverse technical efforts within the IC
- Demonstrative experience w/SIGINT and related modern tooling.
Good to Haves:

Experience with tradecraft associated with Persona/Capability/Infrastructure development.

Experience with correlating Network Traffic collection from SIGINT resources.

Experience with reporting and/or language work.

Experience/familiarization w/scripting such as python or object-oriented.

Knowledge of customer CNO/CNE Processes and Lifecycle

Experience w/network protocol analyzers such as Wireshark, TCP Dump, etc.

Experience with sustained Intrusion Set - ability to link indicator and target related information.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$109,800 - $241,600
