The Opportunity: Responsibilities:

Required:

• BS/BA

• Secret Clearance

• 10 years of experience responsible for design and development of web applications, web services, and API;

• 5 years of experience creating SQL queries;

• 5 years of experience creating XML interfaces between different systems;

• 3 years of experience creating XSLT to transform XML formatted data;

• 3 years of experience using NIEM (National Information Exchange Model) to create interfaces between different systems;

• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform;

• Working knowledge of enterprise API related concepts, standards, protocols, and technologies including:

• Web services – REST,SOAP, WSDL

• XML and related technologies including XSLT, XPath, XSD

• Java/J2EE.

• Strong development background in

• Dot Net

• HTML

• CSS

• JavaScript

• MS SQL Server.

• Ability to implement version control (SVN, Git)

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new skills and apply them to technology development

• Experience with developing in Share Point, Mule Soft, ESRI toolset and Niche RMS is required under this effort.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$113,200 - $237,800
