【Role & Responsibility（役割と責任）】
＜主たる業務責任＞
・EP事業戦略としての新たな価値提供を通じたアカウント攻略プランの立案と実行
・EP戦略を実行するための市場分析（マーケットポテンシャル、顧客ニーズ、価格戦略、ステークホルダーの顧客情報の集約、競合の活動把握）を行い、必要時戦略のリバイス・アップデート
・利益を最大化するための契約ビジネスの立案とHCP・ステークホルダーへの交渉、契約締結、進捗管理、効果判定（他事業部連携含む）
・戦略的なGPOのマネジメント
・重要顧客（①ロイヤルカスタマー維持、②難航施設攻略）の売上最大化を目指した現場直接支援
・重要顧客においてローカルチームの自立運営を可能にする、現場担当者の営業・臨床トレーニング

・EP事業部年間販売目標の達成
・GPOのシェア推移
・契約ビジネスの実施率および達成率
・代理店別AOP評価
