About The Role:
As a Business Analytics Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the optimization of our Salesforce‑based tools and processes, helping teams across the Rhythm Management division work smarter and more efficiently. You’ll contribute to training, communications, analytics, and system improvements while partnering with cross‑functional teams to enhance our CRM and reporting capabilities. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international environment while making a real impact from day one
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Provide trainings, communications, and change management within the organization on processes and tools.
- End user support for end users of Salesforce applications (ServiceMax, Sales Cloud, Tableau).
- Manage and further develop the CRM system (Salesforce, ServiceMax).
- Create and update training materials (training guides and videos).
- Create and update dashboards and reports to support management of business strategies and analytics.
- Partner with all Business Intelligence, Sales Effectiveness and Master Data Management teams to provide business and process requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
What Are We Looking For In You?
- Bachelor’s or master's degree student in Economics/Statistics/Life Sciences or related.
- Fluent in English & Italian (B2+); any other European language will be a plus.
- Strong Microsoft-Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented way of working.
- Able to work independently and stay focused during busy periods.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive.
- Analytical/statistical skills.
