Intern, Supply Chain Project Assistant - Data Analytics / Project Management at Bosch

💼 Role Overview

• We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Supply Chain Project Assistant

• Data Analytics / Project Management, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

• Support data analysis projects including extraction, collation, and analysis using tools such as MS PowerBI, SQL, Python, and R; create and maintain data visualizations and interactive dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders

• Participate in problem-solving on Operational KPIs and conduct trend analysis to generate actionable insights from supply chain and operational data

• Assist in developing Business Case Presentations, project management deliverables, and documentation including status reports and project tracking materials

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data accuracy, and ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines

• Support monthly reporting, ad-hoc administrative tasks, and contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements based on data-driven recommendations

• Assist in documenting processes, methodologies, and findings to support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives

👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Able to commit for 5-12 months on a full-time basis
• Master's degree or Undergraduate in Data Analytics, Logistics & Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar programming/analytics tools is preferred
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics Operations; experience with SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Proactive team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills
