We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Quality Management Mobility Aftermarket East Asia, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI Solutions for Image Classification:

Collaborate on building and refining AI models that classify customer-submitted photos to optimize blocked stock decision-making, including data collection, organization, and model validation.

• Test and Evaluate Model Performance:

Support testing phases of AI solutions, assess their accuracy and effectiveness, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement of the proof of concept.

• Coordinate Cross-Functional Initiatives:

Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams and external development partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely project progression.

• Create Data-Driven Dashboards and Reports:

Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPIs and business intelligence reporting, transforming complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Support Analytics and Process Optimization:

Assist with data analytics for business use cases, support system maintenance, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to enhance operational efficiency.

• Document Project Developments:

Maintain comprehensive records of project milestones, test results, process improvements, and technical findings throughout the internship lifecycle.

👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field of study. Background or demonstrated interest in Quality Management is a valuable addition to your profile.
• Commitment:

Available to dedicate full-time effort for a minimum of 6 months (extended internships of 6+ months are especially welcome).

• Technical Proficiency:

Solid working knowledge of Python, SQL (Oracle, MSSQL), Power BI, and Excel. Hands-on experience or familiarity with ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow or Py Torch, along with cloud-based AI services (Azure is preferred) for model development and automation. Knowledge of Computer Vision techniques and KNIME experience would strengthen your candidacy.

• Relevant Background:

Coursework, projects, or practical experience in image processing and machine learning are highly valued and will give you a competitive edge.

• Key Strengths:

Demonstrated analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, fluent English communication skills, and a genuine passion for mastering emerging technologies.
