As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and industrializing innovative manufacturing technologies within our International Production Network (IPN). You will actively contribute to global projects, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and sustainable production processes.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Contributing to the development and industrialization of new technologies within simultaneous engineering projects.
  • Actively participating in international collaboration within the Bosch International Production Network (IPN).
  • Leading and coordinating plant-related activities within IPN projects.
  • Driving continuous improvement of equipment, products, and processes to optimize performance, quality, and cost.
  • Defining technical specifications and supporting the purchasing process for new machines and production equipment.
  • Supporting industrialization milestones and ensuring robust process implementation.
  • Defining process parameters, controls, and monitoring production performance and costs.
  • Working in multidisciplinary teams to analyze problems and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Contributing to process documentation such as Control Plans, FMEA, and Process Guidelines.
  • Collaborating closely with product development teams to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.

What distinguishes you:Education

  • Master’s degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Physics, or comparable fields), or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  • Solid experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Hands-on involvement in industrialization or process improvement projects is an advantage.

Know-how

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
  • Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
  • Data analysis skills for process monitoring and optimization.
  • Knowledge of vision systems is a plus.

Languages

  • Good command of English, written and spoken.
