Internship in System Development Robotics at Bosch
About the role
- During your internship, you will play an active role in developing actuator systems for humanoid robots. Join our innovative team and help shape the future of robotics by focusing on the core components that bring robots to life: actuators.
- You will analyze the intricate dependencies and relationships between the various components of the actuator (e.g., motors, gears, sensors) and the overall robotic system.
- In addition, you will work closely with our engineering teams, supporting them through the development process from concept to implementation.
- Furthermore, you will assist in analyzing measurement and validation data from our test benches, using tools like MATLAB/Simulink or Python, in order to evaluate the performance of actuators.
- Last but not least, you will contribute to the integration, testing and validation of actuator systems for the next generation of humanoid robots.
- Education:
Master studies in the field of Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge:
- good comprehension of system-level cause-and-effect relationships across mechanical and software components
- proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- experience in data analysis is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice:
you have a system-oriented mindset and the ability to analyze the interactions between different components (hardware/software) at various system levels; you are a proactive individual who works autonomously
- Work Routine:
your on-site presence is required
- Languages:
business fluent in German and very good in English
