Mandatory Internship Digital Transformation Compliance at Bosch
About the role
- During your internship you will support the implementation of AI-backed IT solutions for compliance processes in the department Corporate Compliance Management
- Digital Transformation.
- You will actively drive the setup and testing of diverse IT solutions and AI Agents for the compliance organization, evaluate their performance, and manage the planning and tracking of their implementation.
- During product implementation, you will support respective project management activities, such as task tracking, and contribute to status reports for various levels of management, including executives.
- Education:
Master studies in the field of Business Informatics, Digital Transformation, IT Product & Project Management, Artificial Intelligence & Agentic AI, IT Governance or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge:
proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular) and common LLM-based chatbots & general assistants; knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence); completed internship within prior studies; first work experience is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice:
you excel at independently acquiring new skills and applying them with a highly structured and disciplined approach
- Work Routine:

- Languages:
fluent in English and basic in German
Start:
according to prior agreement
Duration:
4 - 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
