About the role
As an Industrialization Project Manager, you will drive local and global industrialization projects within our International Production Network (IPN). From acquisition to stable production, you will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate international stakeholders, and ensure successful project execution using best-in-class project management practices.
Your contribution to something big:
- Leading industrialization and global projects throughout all project phases: acquisition, planning, implementation, monitoring & control, and project closure
- Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and cost targets
- Planning and controlling project progress, resources, and budgets
- Leading and motivating cross-functional and international project teams
- Ensuring high-quality project execution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction until product stabilization in production
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring transparent communication (internal and external)
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
- Monitoring purchasing activities and supporting supplier-related topics
- Leading acquisition working groups for new projects and product launches
What distinguishes you: Education
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Management, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Project Management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience working in international and cross-functional project teams
Know-how
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of **Bosch Engineering System (BES)**and Product Engineering Process (PEP) is a plus
- PM fundamentals and relevant project management training are an advantage

- Fluent English, both written and spoken
