About the role

Are you ready to launch your career at the intersection of finance, technology, and process management ? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product and Process Junior Manager to join our global "My Printer" (MyP) Product team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless and cost-effective delivery of our printing services worldwide.

Job responsibility:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing stakeholder communication, and delivering strategic insights.
  • Your work will directly contribute to our business continuity and financial optimization.
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to act as a central interface between our internal customers, external vendors, and various IT and controlling departments. Key responsibilities:

  • Order & Asset Management: Managing the asset lifecycle from creation to return, and issuing purchase orders to vendors, with a specific focus on Germany.
  • Financial Control: Developing and maintaining financial controls for the global product budget, performing deviation analysis and defining corrective measures to achieve financial targets. Overseeing the entire invoice verification process for all global vendors, including data preparation, price validation, and documentation in financial systems.
  • Data & Database Management: Creating regular and ad-hoc reports for management, controlling, and regional teams. Focusing on performance, data accuracy, and opportunities for deeper system-to-system integration.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Communication: Acting as the central point of contact for country coordinators on financial matters and for vendors regarding contract and device status.
  • Service Support: Handling general inquiries and operational incidents related to the printing service.
  • University degree in Information Technology, Finance and Controlling or similar;
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required for coordination with global stakeholders, German as plus;
  • High analytical skills;
  • Entrepreneurial thinking;
  • Background in financial controlling, including budget planning, forecasting, and deviation analysis;
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, data management and visualization tools for financial modeling, reporting, invoice processing;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Team player with high flexibility and openness, being able to work collaboratively within virtual teams;
  • Strong self-motivation with persuasive skills;
  • Willingness to travel.
