About the project:XC (Cross Computing) – Horizontal NE
Horizontal NE is a cross‑domain engineering organization within XC, responsible for developing and scaling reusable software and platform assets across ADAS, Radar, Video, and integrated vehicle computing platforms.
The organization owns horizontal topics such as base software, middleware, safety, security, compute, and engineering methods, supporting XC‑CP, XC‑CE, XC‑AC, and XC‑AS products. Horizontal NE works closely with product teams to enable standardization, reuse, and technical alignment across projects. It plays a key role in building future‑ready platforms for software‑defined vehicles, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and scalability across XC portfolios.
What you will do:
- Develop low-level software: drivers, HAL, BSP
- Work on safety-critical systems (ASIL, ISO 26262)
- Perform debugging & optimization (T32, oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
- Read datasheets & schematics for HW-SW integration
- Build unit/integration tests (GTest, SIL/HIL)
- Collaborate with HW/System/Application teams for end-to-end integration
- Maintain technical documentation and improve development processes
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable collaborating in global teams.
Technical skills
- 2-7 years of experience in embedded systems.
- GTest competency for C / C++ development
- Hands-on / knowledge on ARM microcontroller architecture
- Experience in driver development (Spi, ADC,...), OS, Safety,..
- ASIL SW development
- Able to read technical specifications, electronics datasheet, schematic.
- SW development Debugger tools like T32, or similar.
- Good debugging and analyzing skills Soft Skills
- Self‑driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of modules/features end‑to‑end.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable collaborating in global teams.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and problem‑solving ability.
- High degree of self-discipline, quality focus, and willingness to learn new technologies.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
