1. Finance Partner to support operation:

• Provide financial support on product development projects/product line teams
• Ensure the engineer cost recovery, TSA/TCA process following.
• Update local engineer rate/testing rate/OH rate of prototype.
• Provide the financial analysis report and project report to local and PL management teams.
• Support the new system and platform development.
• Continues to drive the cost down, to better control the purchasing request.
• Track and support to engineer efficiency and testing efficiency improvement.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis such as make or buy, SGA reduction, company transformation initiatives

1. Finance Controllership:

• Drive the budget process
• Monthly / quarterly/ annual forecast
• Ensure monthly closing and timely submission of the internal and external reports
• Provide quality and insightful analysis report.
• Track the projects’ actual spending and reconcile to One Stream
• Capex management. Monitor capital expenditures and ensure each project go through the CAR approval process.
• Ensure a well-controlled and compliant environment
• Work closely with Engineering controllers in China, Japan and India
• Support other analysis

1. Working ability in English language.
2. Excel/PowerPoint skills will be necessary.
3. Familiar with SAP, working knowledge of One Stream/HFM is a plus
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Soft skills – Self-motivated, good teamwork

Good communicator, ability to build partnerships across functions/manufactory
