This position reports to: Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Take part in project controlling related activities according to project schedule, such as project handover from sales, project review meeting, and financial KPIs forecast
• Interact with Operation team to ensure that SD and MM related work are smoothly performed and transparent project reporting and planning are in place
• Perform profitability analysis from different dimensions, such as projects margin development, utilization analysis, department cost analysis, etc.
• Prepare other operation KPIs and analysis based on business requirements
• Conduct balance sheet review and valuation in general bad debt, warranty provisions, accrued / pre-paid expenses etc.
• Support cash generation and NWC improvement by analyzing AR, AP, Inventory
• Assist budgeting and forecasting process by communicating guidelines, timetables and preparing working files
• Optimize own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements
• Ensure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and business requirements, maintain proper audit trail and documentation for future internal & external audits and reviews
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• 5+ years working experience in Finance and Accounting
• Excellent skill on MS Excel, PowerPoint
• English proficiency in both speaking and written
• Experience in SAP and data analytical tools such as Power BI preferred
