FIFO Service Supervisor at Bosch

We are seeking an experienced FIFO Service Supervisor to lead our Port Hedland Service Team, supporting customers across the Pilbara.

This role is responsible for supervising a team of FIFO Field Service Technicians, ensuring service activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You will play a key role in driving team performance, managing customer relationships, and supporting service growth across the region, while ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Team Leadership & Service Delivery:

Supervise and support FIFO field technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

• Customer & Service Sales:

Build strong relationships with customers, identify service opportunities, and support growth across the Pilbara region

• Operational Planning & Coordination:

Manage scheduling, resources, and workloads to ensure service delivery targets are met

• Quality & Compliance:

Ensure service quality standards are maintained, including reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements

• People & Capability:

Ensure team licences, tickets, inductions, and competencies are current, and support ongoing development

• Reporting & Documentation:

Oversee timely and accurate completion of service reports, quotations, and job documentation

• Continuous Improvement & Growth:

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, support planning, and contribute to operational growth

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Hydraulics, or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in field service or working with hydraulic systems
• Previous experience leading or supervising field service teams
• Strong knowledge of mining or heavy industry environments, ideally within the Pilbara
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive service outcomes
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage teams and customers effectively
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety outcomes
