As a Project Purchaser, you will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities related to new product development projects. You will act as the interface between the project team and the purchasing organization, ensuring that suppliers are selected and managed in alignment with project timelines, cost targets, and quality requirements.

• Purchasing for all new projects including achievement of project goals (cost quality, deadlines, budget and capacity).

• Supports business initiatives through varying degrees of customer contact- Applies general knowledge in specialized field (generally associated with 0-2 years of relevant experience).

• Lead purchasing activities for assigned development projects from acquisition to SOP (Start of Production). Represent Purchasing organization in New developments for specific product.

• Change management and Ratio Project planning (RPP) worldwide on purchasing side and participation in RPP teams.

• Basic work processes and guidelines- Shows project management skills including planning, prioritizing and monitoring.

• Influences organizational initiatives in functional area and provides input for the organizations business strategy- Solves problems and makes decisions independently that impact income, expenses, customer relations of a project, work group, or team- Works with manager to set targets for own area and pushes self for results

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Basic knowledge on automotive processes, engineering and manufacturing.

• Agile thinking

• Goal Oriented, conflict management, continuous learner.

• Excellent communication skills

• English B2 required.

• Experience with SAP
