About the role

You can choose one of the areas of activity consistent with your field of study and your interest in professional development.

The Administrative area is responsible to initiate new employees into the Bosch value system, provide support to other departments and their managers in the further development of their organization and to continue making Bosch a competitive company globally but also locally.

The groups are divided into areas related to: Commercial Plant Management, Project Management, Human Resources Local, Overhead Controlling and Commercial Shared Services, Facility Management.

The Technical area is responsible for preparing the introduction of new products in our plant. This includes planning all ramp-up activities for relocated and newly started products, as well as providing technical lead and support for ramp-up and start-up projects while simultaneously ensuring the smooth operation of ongoing production by maintaining and continuously improving our processes and procedures.

The groups are divided into areas related to: production, project management, support for Quality Planners test engineers, process and testing technicians, introduction of new products, planning of all ramp-up.

You will be involved in:

  • You can apply your theoretical knowledge directly into practice and thus benefit from an enhanced learning effect
  • You will get to know the Bosch Cluj Plant comprehensively
  • You will perform continuous improvement actions
  • You will create reports, work instructions, centralize the information, generate programs, make optimizations
  • You will offer support in analyzing quality issues and customer demands
  • You will get directly involved with our teams of specialists and gather practical degree-related experience
  • You will do KPI reporting and graphic tables
  • You will offer support in making documentation (editing work instructions, creating quality notes etc.)

  • Enrolled student in a bachelor‘s/master’s degree at Technical University or Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca
  • Technical field such as: Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Robotics and Production Management, Precision Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc.
  • Non-technicalfields: Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Marketing
  • Good knowledge of English is mandatory
  • Excellent computer operating skills especially with Microsoft Office Personality:
  • You are organized,focused and willing to learn
  • You have good communication skills and you are team-orientated
  • You bring a positive attitude
