In our commercial modifications team, we are proud to operate under our EASA Part21J Design Organization Approval; with a clear mission: to become the number one customer choice for aircraft retrofit solutions in the commercial aviation market.

Our international team, with strong presences in Munich and Hamburg, specializes in interior retrofit projects, ranging from halon fire extinguisher replacements to full cabin tube strips.

As we expand our operations in Germany, we are excited to grow our Seat Integration Team, focusing on unique seat certification and integration for all Boeing aircraft models.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor´s degree or higher from an accredited program in aerospace engineering, another safety-critical engineering discipline, or a comparable field 10+ years of experience working within an EASA Design Organisation (DOA) or a similar aerospace environment

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience: Extensive experience managing EASA design organization projects, coupled with strong skills in people leadership, time management, and budget oversight.

You are a proactive change agent, continuously seeking to improve working practices and procedures to enhance the company’s business model.

Your proven project management expertise enables you to successfully deliver complex engineering change programs on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of engineering job practices, with hands-on experience in Type Design and Continuing Airworthiness for Part 25 aircraft.

You possess comprehensive knowledge of certification processes, design changes, and modifications relevant to the aerospace industry Collaboration: Skilled at working effectively with colleagues, customers, and diverse stakeholders, you take ownership of challenges and act professionally to protect and enhance the company’s reputation.

Leadership: A true people partner with a proven track record of managing engineers at all levels and building highly effective, distributed teams.
