Associate Industrial Security Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Berkeley, MO.  We are hiring an Associate Industrial Security Specialist to support our F-15 program by assisting with personnel, physical, and Communication Security (COMSEC) security responsibilities. This role will focus on administrative support and coordination to ensure effective security compliance. Position Responsibilities: - Prepare, organize, and maintain security-related paperwork and records for personnel, physical, and COMSEC areas - Assist with routine compliance checks and help track corrective actions and status items - Act as a liaison between program teams and the Security organization to coordinate requests and communicate requirements - Support procedures that protect classified and sensitive information and contribute to a culture of safety and confidentiality Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP) - Experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI - Experience working in a classified environment - Experience working in Industrial Security Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience - Experience with administrative or security - Experience with basic COMSEC/physical security concepts Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
